We were extremely happy and taken aback by your amazing apartment. All I can say is wow
what a view! My wife and mother-in-law are very particular about cleanliness, the apartment
was spotless and I can't tell you how happy this made us. You thought of everything from
soap in the bathroom to dishwasher tablets, its small details like this that make
holidaying so easy and stress free. We walked to Burry Port from the apartment, from the
Mumbles over the coastal path to Caswell Bay and had a great day out on the Gower and also
in Tenby. We experienced one beautiful sunset. Thank you so much, there is no doubt that we
will return and be recommending it to our friends and family. Phil and family

We would like to thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful holiday home. Our ages
range from 11 to 79 and we all had a great time. The children loved the pool in Swansea as
well as the Caves, Oakwood and Folly Farm. Please can we book again for next year. The G family

We had everything we needed in your beautiful apartment and had a wonderful time. It really
is beautifully finished, so spacious and relaxing. The week went all too quickly but we
managed to fit so many things in. We would recommend the surf school at Llangenith and
horse riding on the beach at Pembrey. We really enjoyed our stay, we will be recommending

A superb holiday! This holiday flat is incredibly well appointed, very clean and tidy and
with everything you could possibly need including buckets and spades! The flat is very
spacious and the balconies are ideal for sipping a glass of champagne while watching the
sun go down. If you enjoy outdoor activities this is the perfect holiday location with
plenty of golf courses to choose from, cycling from the doorstep and walks to suit
everyone. We enjoyed Glyn Abbey golf course, cycling to The Mumbles and in Afan Forest,
walking on the Gower and sandcastle building at Pembrey. We were only sorry we didn't have
time to do more. We enjoyed fantastic weather all week, but whatever the weather you will
have a great holiday here. We will be going back for sure! Sue & Dave

CHRISTMAS 2010

We arrived in the dark and were really pleased to find the apartment was certainly 5*.
Spacious, clean and well equiped, comfortable and exactly as described on the website. Our
stay was from 26th Dec for one week and we found a Christmas tree waiting for us! We woke
to find the spectactular view that looked good even in the rain. Watching the tide coming
and going is fascinating and the walk along the coast from the apartment has something
different see every day. here is plenty of information in the apartment on things to see and do in the area and we
can highly recommend the Caswell Bay walk and the National Botanic Garden.
We saw the most amazing sunsets and would certainly visit again. Carol, John and family

We thoroughly enjoyed our visits to Swansea, the Gower, Kidwelly Castle and Pembrey Park. There was so much to do but most of all we enjoyed just sitting in the apartment looking at the view! Mr & Mrs B

EASTER 2011

This was our second stay at the Penthouse. The apartment was immaculate, clean and obviously well maintained. The views are glorious, the ever changing tides and sunsets make it difficult to leave and explore the many attractions on offer. The penthouse is situated between the Gower and Pendine Sands, whose natural beaches rival some of the best. Wild life abounds and there are bikes to hire, so plenty to keep the family happy. We had a fabulous time! The penthouse is beautiful with lots of home comforts and the ever changing view is amazing, we will miss gazing into the horizon. It exceptionally well equipped and we were very impressed by you attention to detail. We really enjoyed exploring the beaches on the Gower, visiting the National Botanic Gardens and discovering Tenby. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant at the Machynys Golf Club and at Y Bryngwyn Newydd Pub. The weather was great and we have returned home with a suntan, our friends will never believe we got it in Wales they think it always rains there. Your penthouse is a little piece of heaven on earth and we will definitely be booking again. Rob & Cath

We have just spent a fabulous week in your penthouse! It is one of the best holidays we have had, we were out all day visiting Pembrey, Tenby and many other places so it was lovely to be able to relax in the evening watching a different sunset every night. The penthouse was so well equipped it was just like home from home. my son wants me to book again next year. Gail and family

We all had a wonderful time staying in your penthouse last week. We hired bikes and cycled along the Millennium Coastal Path, spent time on the beach and went horse riding. When it rained we visited Pembroke Castle, the Pemberton Chocolate Farm and went to the Big Pit - so plenty to do with the family whatever the weather, a very good base. The penthouse was the best self-catering accommodation I have ever rented: clean, fully equipped and a wonderful view. I always take my non-stick frying pan away with me and it is the first place where I have self-catered that the one provided was usable and mine stayed in the case!
